About Rivers Own Lodge
Nestled on the banks of the Witte River in Bainskloof Pass, Riversown Lodge offers a serene self-catering escape with a private river, grassy banks perfect for picnicking, and a rare gem waiting to be enjoyed.
The space
You will have the most beautiful surroundings of Mount Bain Private Nature Reserve. The scenery quickly draws you in to the serenity of the Mountains, vineyards and your very own crystal clear river to bliss out in. There are few locations in the Western Cape which remain relatively undiscovered.
Guest access
The house is yours to enjoy for your stay with all access to: lemon tree orchards – feel free to pick a basket full, the private river frontage – swim in the clearest of mountain water rivers, barbecue island with a bundle of supplied wood, a welcoming kitchen to get creative in and sprawling beautiful green lawns to picnic, play and relax on without a care in the world.
